Full Refund for cancellations made 14 days or more before the reservation’s check-in date.

• 50% Refund for cancellations made fewer than 14 days before check-in (including no-shows).

Example:
– A guest books a 3-night stay plus a Jacuzzi add-on, arriving July 1.
– Cancel by June 17 → 100% of stay + add-on fees refunded.
– Cancel on June 18 or later → 50% of stay + add-on fees refunded; the other half retained.
